  This is the worst traveling experience I have ever had the misfortune to encounter . 90% of our journey was taken by bus aberdare to Cardiff had to catch a bus in pontypridd which took a further hour due to traffic , same situation on the was back also dirty filthy train stations staff that have not got a clue what trains busses etc. I have forwarded a formal complaint to arriva Wales but not expecting a positive outcome due to the arrogant attitude of the whole train system in this country . Seriously if you pay for a train service you expect to actually travel by train with all the advantages it has.
